Indian Skipper Virat Kohli pays tribute to the former Indian Captain MS Dhoni. The legend on 15th August announced his retirement from International Cricket.

MS Dhoni has been an inspiration for Billions across the globe. His leadership lead Team India in attaining new heights. The Ranchi paved a path for all those young sportsmen who dare to watch a dream.

Captain Cool captioned, “From 17:29 consider me as retired”. Although it was expected from him sooner or later, still the fans were left disheartened after the news broke out. With such simplicity and grace he left the field and the love of his life (Cricket).

On a recent video message Virat Kohli mentioned, “For me you are the guy who sat in the last seat of the bus, not saying much but your presence, your aura speaking a lot. For me you have always been that guy and you will continue to be so. We shared a great friendship and understanding. It’s been a pleasure playing alongside you and under you in my initial years. You have shown faith in me for which I will be ever grateful to you. As I have always mentioned, You will always be my captain”.

 

Virat Kohli has time and again proved his admiration for his captain. MS Dhoni was last seen against New Zealand in the Semis of ICC World Cup 2019. The legend will again walk into the field on IPL 2020, and that will be the moment worth watching.
