New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson smashed a double ton against West Indies in the first Test at Seddon Park, Hamilton. He knocked 251 runs before being dismissed by Alzaari Joseph.
Williamson brought up his double ton during the second session on day two on Friday. Earlier on the day, he completed his 22nd test ton by scoring a four off Kemar Roach.
The Mr.Dependable of Cricket has recently had a good IPL run and now he is back on duty for his national side.
His 251-run knock came off 412 balls which included 34 fours and 2 sixes. This was also his highest score in the test surpassing his previous best of 242* which he scored against Sri Lanka at the basin reserve in 2015.
Twitterati is all praise for the kiwi captain who has shown what consistency is.
