OnePlus 8 Online and Offline Launch Event
OnePlus is going to launch their phone via online as well as offline platforms. Though there were fake news, stating that OnePlus will launch their phone in online platform only because of coronavirus. OnePlus in its official statement said: “Reports of cancelling an offline launch event due to coronavirus are false”. The statement further read: “OnePlus has a history of hosting online and offline events, globally.” It is expected that OnePlus will have IP rating as well as wireless charger with their phones this time. OnePlus is going to launch Lite variant too, it is expected that it may come up in the earlier prices of OnePlus phones. OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro are going to have beast, Qualcomm Snapdragon 865.
India’s 1st 5G phone ?
There is a race between companies to launch the 5G phone which could be remembered as 1st 5G phone of India later on. Firstly, it was started by Xiaomi and Realme but they never told the date when they would launch their 5G phone in India. Suddenly, iQOO entered the Indian market and told that they will launch their phone on 25th February,2020 in India. They marketed with the tagline “India’s 1st 5G phone” and then after few days Realme announced that they are going to be 1st in launching India’s 1st 5G phone. Suddenly, entered Xiaomi with a tweet on 21st February,2020 telling that they are the 1st with MI MIX Alpha and it would be available Mi Homes in Embassy Tech Village and Indiranagar – Bangalore. This is how, Xiaomi became 1st 5G phone of India but it is not available to all. If we really talk about the 1st 5G phone of India then it’s Realme X50 Pro which is going to be launched tomorrow as showcasing product doesn’t mean it’s available to all.

No Free WiFi in Railway Stations ?
Google has announced that they will end their free WiFi services in Indian railway station this year and they supported this statement with another statement, 4G is now available to a larger section and it’s cheap as well and they were not earning enough to keep this business running. But there is no need to worry about as RailTel has announced that they will keep providing free WiFi services to 415 stations where Google is providing this service.
Oppo Find X2 Pro
Oppo Find X2 Pro was going to be launched on MWC 2020 event but due to COVID-19, launch event got rescheduled to 6th March, 2020. It is being told that Oppo Find X2 Pro will offer periscope lens which would be capable to zoom for 60x. It may support wireless charging and it would be coming with 30W wireless charger. Vietnamese retailer shop had listed Oppo Find X2 Pro ahead of launch event where it was mentioned that it will have 6.5 inch AMOLED dislplay with Gorilla Glass 6 and will be powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC.
Tecno Camon 15 Series Launched
Tecno has launched their 2 smartphones on 22nd February, Tecno Camon 15 and Tecno Camon 15 Pro in India. Both of them comes with quad camera setup at back. Tecno Camon 15 comes with hole punched 16 MP camera at front, 48 MP primary camera at rear, 6.55 inch HD+ display, 4 GB + 64 GB storage which can be expanded upto 256 GB, 5000 mAh battery. Tecno Camon 15 Pro comes with 6.53 inch FHD+ display, MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, 6 GB + 128 GB storage, 32 MP pop-up camera. Tecno Camon 15 is priced at 9,999 INR whereas Tecno Camon 15 Pro is priced at 14,999 INR.
Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 with UD Camera
Samsung Galaxy Fold’s successor Galaxy Fold 2 is going to have under-display camera which means full-view display. This time, it is estimated that it won’t be that much expensive as much it was in the 1st Fold but it’s not true, it will be expensive. Report claims that it can be launched in the 3rd quarter of 2020

Samsung has launched the latest A series smartphone, Samsung Galaxy A71 on 19th February,2020 in India. It has 6.7 inch FHD+ sAMOLED display, Snapdragon 730 SoC, 8 GB+128 GB storage, quad camera rear setup(64 MP primary, 12 MP ultra-wide lens, 5 MP macro camera, 5 MP depth), 32 MP selfie camera at punch hole, 4500mAh battery. iPhone 9/ SE2 Launch on March
There is a rumour that Apple could launch their cheaper phone, iPhone 9/SE 2 on 31 March, 2020 and would make available in the store on 13th April. Well, it is also being heard that this is going to be launched at the price lower that 30,000 INR. iPhone SE was launched in the month of March earlier, that’s why this rumour is taken so seroiusly. Well, iPhone 9 or say SE 2 will look like the traditional iPhone 8. And it will have single camera at the rear with a powerful and latest chipset Bionic A13. Let’s hope, this rumour becomes truth so that iPhone lovers could buy it.
Oppo’s own Chipset
Oppo is currently working on their chipset and has filed for the trademark in European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) certification website. They have also kept ex-MediaTek, Spreadtrum engineers with them. It proves that they can come with their own chipset and this chipset is coming with a name, Oppo M1 chipset. If they become successful in this then they are going to be the 3rd smartphone brand which will get powered by their own chipset after brands like Apple, Huawei, Samsung. Though, Xiaomi had also tried to do this but they flopped on this. Let’s wait for their processor and see how powerful they are near Qualcomm Snapdragon, Exynos, MediaTek and Kirin.
MI 5W Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker launched
MI, under the name of Xiaomi has launched their product, Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker on 18th February, 2020 in India. It has 20 hours of battery life, IPX5 water resistance rating, sound of 5W, Bluetooth 5.0 and it supports voice assistants. It is priced at 1,399 INR and it is available on their official MI store.
