Sub-brand of Xiaomi, Redmi has launched Redmi 8A Dual along-with Redmi Powerbanks on Feruary 11th, 2020 in India. Redmi 8A Dual is much similar to Redmi 8A, only thing is that Redmi 8A Dual comes with 13+2 MP camera at rear and different body design whereas Redmi 8A comes with 12 MP camera at rear. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 439, 5,000 mAh battery, 6.22 inch HD+ display. Redmi 8A Dual base variant 2+32 GB is priced at ₹6,499 and 3+32 GB is priced at ₹6,999. Redmi also launched their Powerbanks of 10,000 mAh and 20,000 mAh, priced at ₹799 and ₹1,499 respectively.
Sub-brand of Vivo, iQOO is launching their phone in India on 25th February,2020. They have released their banners on Flipkart, telling more details will be revealed about their smartphone on 17th February. But it is confirmed that it will be packed with 4,400 mAh battery and 55W Super FlashCharge. It is being expected that it will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. And this will ensure that iQOO would be the first one to launch first 5G phone in India.
Infinix is the company which tried to make different kind of pricey phones available under ₹10,000 to their users. This time Infinix is bringing pop-up selfie camera phone with triple camera setup at rear in India under ₹10,000. It is going to be launched on 6th March as their page confirms and it will be powered by Android 10. Hope, this time they won’t use MediaTek Helio P22 chipset.
As per few Flipkart affiliate users, they have spotted Realme 6 on Flipkart affiliate. There is a rumour that it may come with MediaTek Helio G90, not Helio G90T, Super AMOLED display and Android 10. If it will be coming with Android 10 out of the box, it clearly means that it will have Realme UI and having of Super AMOLED display seems fake as they haven’t even given FHD+ in their number series phone.
Vivo has launched Vivo v17 recently and they are going to launch Vivo 19 Pro on 3rd March in India and pre-booking will be started soon. It may come with dual punch hole camera at front. Pre-booking will get started within a week.
Pre-booking of Samsung Galaxy S20 series has started and it will be released on March 6th,2020 in India. This S20 series includes Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra. Samsung Galaxy S20 is priced at ₹66,999, Galaxy S20+ is priced at ₹73,999 and Galaxy S20 Ultra is priced at ₹92,999. Samsung Galaxy S20 comes with 6.2 inch Quad HD+ display, 4000 mAh battery, 10 MP front camera, 64+12+12 MP cameras at rear, 8 GB RAM+ 128 GB Storage whereas S20+ comes with 6.7 inch Quad HD+ display, 4500 mAh battery, extra VGA depth camera at rear and rest of the things are similar to Galaxy S20. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has 6.9 inch Quad HD+ display, 12 GB RAM, primary rear camera of 108 MP, 40 MP front camera, 5000 mAh battery.
The court had rejected the telecom service providers’ plea seeking a review of its earlier order that allowed the government to collect dues worth Rs 92,000 crore from them. Supreme Court has ordered Telecom companies to clear their AGR worth ₹92,000 crore before 17th March,2020. Judges told they haven’t deposited anything for many years and they should deposit atleast some money.

According to leaks, Pixel 5XL will have triple rear camera setup at back and display will be similar to that of Pixel 4. It may launch with Android 11 too. These renders are leaked by a YouTuber. It will be priced higher this time as well.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro is already listed on Flipkart. We can see Ranbir Kapoor holding Reno 3 Pro on his hand. It will be the first phone to have dual punch hole, having 44 MP camera on front with a bokeh lens. It is going to be launched on 2nd March, 2020 in India. It will have 64 MP Quad camera with 20x zoom, 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 and there is a rumour of having MediaTek Helio P95 processor.
MWC 2020 which was going to be organized in Barcelona has been cancelled. It was going to run from 24th February-27th February. The GSMA cancelled the whole event after giant companies like Sony, LG, HMD Global withdrawn their event due to coronavirus.
Essential founder and CEO Andy Rubin had posted few images, showing taller phones but now it feels like as it is not going to be available as company is going to be shut down. There was only a single phone delivered by Essential which brought a new kind of display shapes, known as notch. This was the first company to introduce dot notch and later on this notch was copied by iPhone with a squarish shape. Essential phone will have a last update of February 3, 2020.

It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, 6.67 inch FHD+ AMOLED display, 90 Hz refresh rate, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.0 Storage type, 4780 mAh battery. MI 10 comes with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM with 128 GB and 256 GB storage, rear camera of 108 MP+13 MP Wide Angle+2 MP Depth Sensor+ 2 MP Macro Lens whereas MI 10 Pro comes with 512 GB storage, having quad camera of 108 MP+20 MP Wide Angle+ 12 MP Telephoto camera+12 MP Depth Sensor.
MI 10 base variant 8 GB+128 GB is priced at CNY 3999(approx 39,999 INR). MI 10 Pro starts with CNY 4999(approx 49,999 INR).
Redmi Note 8 was launched at the price of ₹9,999 for base variant 4 GB+64 GB and ₹12,999 for 6 GB+128 GB. But now they have increased the price of base variant by ₹500. Xiaomi has announced they are facing supply chain trouble due to coronavirus. And they have told that this price hike is temporary and it will get back to it’s original price after some time.
