Unconfirmed speculation on Kim health situation circulated for many time this year. Previously in April, a similar report claiming Kim Jong Un is in grave danger is surfaced in the world.
Though Kim soon made these rumour baseless with a public appearance. At least North Korean media certainly introduced him publicly, as no one can prove the authenticity of the said footage.
Chang suggest that Kim Jong Un sister Kim Yo-jong just ceeded over some of his power, she’s not declared as a successor of North Korea.
“A complete succession structure has not been formed, so Kim Yo-jong is being brought to the fore as the vacuum cannot be maintained for a prolonged period,” he said.
