First device to run on iQOO UI is iQOO 3 which was launched in India as well. Earlier iQOO devices used to run on Funtouch OS as it is a sub-brand of VIVO. Earlier, realme also used to run their devices on ColorOS (OPPO’s UI) but later on they developed their own UI. But realme UI is almost closer to ColorOS 7, not to stock android.
iQOO also adopted the same strategy and brought iQOO 3 on iQOO UI in India. Now, they have officially announced that iQOO UI is not going to be exclusive for iQOO 3, rather it will be pushed to their earlier devices. They have developed their UI based on Android 10 which clearly means that older devices will receive Android 10. This newer UI will be given to the older devices in the month of June 2020.
Devices that will receive iQOO UI
- iQOO Neo
- iQOO Pro
- iQOO Neo 855
- iQOO Neo 855 Racing
iQOO has officially confirmed this via weibo post in their official handle.
A day before the launch of iQOO Neo 3 5G, iQOO has released a picture which reveals the physical appearance of it. It will be coming with the side-mounted fingerprint scanner as picture reveals. It will come up with the punch-hole selfie camera and it will be packed with 44W fast charger.
