Eng Vs WI Day 2:
With no play yesterday the fans are hoping to see some good leaves, drives and pull from the English Batsmen. Southampton is ready for Day 2, so are fans. With an overcast condition and possibly rain coming into play during the first hour, this is cause of worry for the cricket lovers.
Everyone was waiting to witness the historic return of International Test Cricket but the rain acted as a spoilt sport. The Southampton was set to mark the history, players geared up for facing each but light drizzle accompanied with dark clouds effected the first day of Test.
England managed to beat the swinging deliveries of West Indian fast bowlers and scored 35 runs with opener D. Sibley back to the dressing room on golden duck.
The West Indies fast bowlers Kemar Roach, Shannon Gabriel, Alzarri Joseph and Jason Holder seemed to be on a good roll. However there were some big moments before and after the match. England and West Indies player down on their knee to show solidarity with #BlackLivesMatters Movement or the strong voice of Michael Holding on Blacks which echoed in every ear.
