BCCI and IPL Governing Council have successfully managed to cross all the roadblocks in between, whether the Bio-secure bubble or the news about Coronavirus cases in CSK camp. However it’s not the end, proper precautions and safety protocols needs to be followed as only 15 days are left for the tournament.

If BCCI and IPL Governing Council successfully ables to organise the tournament it will bring in a lot of hope. IPL is one of the biggest and most celebrated tournament and to organise this during these unprecedented times will be something, that the world will look upto.

Earlier, rumours surfaced that CSK might not play the first game as 13 members from the camp were tested Covid-19 positive. But after the reports of other players from the camp came out to be negative, it was clear that Chennai Super Kings will be back on field on 19th September.

Earlier IPL 2020 was scheduled to take place in India from 23rd March but the Coronavirus pandemic forced the Board and all the stakeholders to postpone it indefinitely.

Seeing no hope about the future, and so much of money involved BCCI, IPL Governing Council, Franchises and all the stakeholders together decided to shift the tournament in UAE.

So get ready cricket fans, the time has arrived where you will again witness the greatness of MS Dhoni, the passion of Virat Kohli, the lethal Yorkers of Jasprit Bumrah and the monstrous sixes by Andre Russell.
