DC vs RCB
Complete team performance by Delhi Capitals helped them to come on the top of RCB as they crushed them to a 59 runs defeat. Delhi restricted RCB at 137-9 after posting a target of 197.

Delhi Capitals who were coming after defeating KKR at Sharjah bombarded sixes and fours to carry on the momentum in Dubai also. Their young brigade of Indian set up is performing in every game. Prithvi Shaw who smashed 66 runs against KKR made quickfire 42 runs off 23 balls to give Delhi a perfect flying start.
Pant again played a nearly perfect role as a finisher with his cameo of 37. Marcus Stoinis proved he was not a man of only one inning and he thrashed RCB bowlers all over the park with his powerful hitting. He took 26 balls for his 52 run knock and put the Capitals in a commanding position.
Finch and Padikkal opened for RCB but didn’t have a perfect start as DC bowlers were in complete control of them with their accuracy and line and length. Finch was dropped twice in the first 2 overs but Axar Patel got the better of him by giving him flighted delivery to caught him behind stumps.
Ashwin removed Padikkal to bring De Villiers on the crease. Kohli and De Villiers looked to dominate but Anrich Nortje with his fast pace dismissed the dangerous De Villiers.
With DC bowlers all over the place, even in the absence of Amit Mishra, it was only a matter of time before RCB lost the momentum of the chase and with Virat Kohli departing on 43 off 39 balls, Delhi tightened their grip.
