Choked release time, no midnight release in India

Choked release timeChoked release time is shifted. No midnight release on June 5. This new Netflix movie is directed by famous Indian director Anurag Kashyap and written by Nihit Bhave. Choked will take us all back to 2016, to the demonetisation days.

The film stars Saiyami Kher and Roshan Mathew in lead roles. Amruta Subhash and Rajshri Deshpande will be seen in supporting roles.

The film follows the story of a bank cashier, Sarita who’s life takes an unexpected turn when she finds a source of unlimited money in her own kitchen. The film is set during the demonetisation period of India back in 2016 when 500 rupee and 1000 rupee notes were cancelled by the government.

CHOKED RELEASE TIME

In India, the movie Choked is scheduled to release on June 5 at 12:30PM. This is the second project after Betaal from India that is not releasing at midnight. In other countries the release time is also different. In the United States of America, it is releasing in the midnight at 12:00 AM, while in the United Kingdom it is releasing at 8:00 AM.

We are also preparing for the world premiere. As soon as we complete watching Choked, we will release a non-spoiler review of the movie. Stay tuned.
