BTS Singer Suga releases the new music video of Agust D2 “Daechwita” and it is worth the wait.
And the time has come, Big Hit Entertainment has released the official video of Suga’s Agust D2. Not only the Korean rapper has released the album but also the music video Agust D ‘대취타’. And just after its release it has entered the Global Digital Artist Ranking at number 2.
In this music video Suga claims to be the King, the boss. The music video features two sugas while one is the king the other is a commoner who messes with the King, the line “Daechwita” over here means great blowing and hitting. The music video is a Korean music military genre. The D-2 music video is directed by Yong Seok Choi.
The Big Hit Entertainment was creating hype for the past few days. The K-pop band’s managing agency was giving some hints and releasing some blurry images. The images left the army confused whether it is Jungkook or Suga, but a poster putten up Apple iTunes confirmed it was Yoongi. When they realised their mistake, the company pulled the image down.
The mixtape comes four years after the release of AgustD in 2016. Suga in an Interview with Time talked about Daechwita and from where he got the idea. He said, “The theme “Daechwita” was already on my mind when I first started working on this track, so I sampled the sound of a real Daechwita.” The first thought I had was that I wanted to sample the music that is played during the ceremonial walk of the King, so naturally, Korean elements ended up being an essential component to the track as well as the music video.”
The Army is mesmerized by Yoongi’s presence in the music video. Big Hit has also offered something for Jin and Jungkook fans. The music video also features Jin and Jungkook in a small cameo.
