BTS beats Blackpink to become the Fastest K-pop group to reach 500M views

Another big record registered in the name of BTS today as they becomes the Fastest K-pop group to reach 500M views on YouTube. They achieved this milestone with their latest mv ‘Dynamite’ in just 1 Month and 28 days, which is 14 days faster than Blackpink’s “How You Like That” 73 days record.

The music video of Dynamite is crushing the internet everyday with it’s popularity. It gained over 100M views in just a day of release which is the most by any video in the entire world. Very recently it has surpassed the likes count of Gangnam Style by Psy(19.68M) to become the second most liked K-pop act on the internet.

Dynamite is just half a million likes behind Baby Shark Dance video to be crowned as the new leaders. It is currently standing at No. 6 on the list of the most liked YouTube video. BTS has 5 music videos (Dynamite, Boy With Luv, DNA, Fake Love and Idol) on this list’s Top 30.
