In an Interview with Aaj Tak Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “we will have to develop best health facilities in the world.”
Arvind Kejriwal Said, In last 70 years we didn’t put enough investment in developing our health infrastructure in the country which cause, we lack in health facilities when Corona came.
He further said, “let’s forget about last 70 years, in coming days we need focus more & more on health. In our last 5 year term we had invested on health and education. In future the whole country need to invest more on health infrastructure,”
“We will have to develop best health facilities in the world. We need to invest more money on research & development, we were waiting that America, Spain, UK or any other country in the world to make vaccine for Coronavirus so that it can help us. Why as a country we cannot develop Coronavirus vaccine on our own ?”
Before in a Interview with Aaj Tak, Arvind Kejriwal said in media briefing that, “Delhi is ready to re-open now. We will not be able to sustain the lockdown for long as the economy is in peril. The revenue has fallen from Rs 3500 Crores in April month of previous years to Rs 300 Crore this year. How will government function?”
He further said that, all norms of all social distancing will be maintain. Not more 50 people are allowed in Wedding ceremonies and not more 20 people in the last rites of a deceased person.
Delhi Government will take strict action against those who found spiting at public places.
He also praised the decision of Center’s to declare Lockdown on 24th March, as the situation can become horrific if Lockdown wasn’t implemented.
He said, “That time the country was not ready to fight COVID19. We had no idea of social distancing, neither the people or hospitals were ready. We had no Personal Protective Equipment kits or testing kits either.”
