On Sunday afternoon, Chief Ministry of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu took it to Twitter to thank Ratan Tata and Tata Sons for helping the state with medical support.
The former chairman of Tata Groups, Ratan Tata (82) is a world famous Industrialist and Philanthropist. The man who changed the face of India and helped it to revolutionised it’s industrial sectors, is also known for his charity works.
Arunachal Pradesh CM, Pema Khandu via Twitter thanked Sir Ratan Tata and N. Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons for providing the Northeastern state of India with 5000 N95 masks and 10,000 3 Ply masks in this time of crisis due to COVID-19. CM Pema Khandu in his statement also said that, they have pledged to give much more such support to the state in the coming days.
The N95 mask protects us from breathing in, small particles in the air such as dust and mold while the 3 Ply mask is a proper surgical mask that is composed of three layers with each layer has a specific function.
Arunachal Pradesh currently has no corona virus patient. It become a corona virus free state after the only patient in the state, a 31-year-old man, was discharged from hospital on Friday.
