Armaan Malik said “We don’t have a collaborative environment here in the Indian film music industry. Everyone’s like main apna dekhta hoon, tu apna dekh. Very few people really want to create something together. Hope this changes over time 🤞🏻”.

This statement by the 25 years old singer brought to light the unseen and unheard side of the IMI. Bollywood has the biggest music industry in India but it is currently busy in remaking old classic songs rather than creating original content nowadays. But some of the artist from the industry are still sticking to their roots and are producing blissful songs every now and then.

After Armaan’s tweet going public, several artist and famous personalities replied to him on Twitter conveying their point of view on that topic. “Sooraj Dooba Hain” singer Aditi Singh Sharma said

“I really hope that you can be the one to lead the way & collaborate with artists aside from the ‘label’ ‘money’ ‘followers’ ‘management’ requirements these days & just collaborate for the actual ‘love of the music’ which i have been hoping to witness since years.”

Indian YouTuber & actor Ashish Chanchlani also expressed his views on this. He said “Thank god this is not true with youtubers (1-2 hai😛) but unko chodh ke baaki sab collab💪”. This statement by Ashish cleared one more big thing about the YouTube community and the YouTubers working process in general.

Armaan Malik has sung songs in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Urdu, Marathi, Gujarati and English language. He is one of the very few singers of India to be associated with so many music industries in current times. Today what he said on the public domain will surely be evolving into a movement in the coming future.
